The 47th annual Atlanta Film Festival takes place April 20 - April 30, 2023. Showcasing diverse feature and short films and connecting audiences to new and refreshing talent in the Atlanta film space.
It’s game time at Pullman Yards! The historic entertainment destination has welcomed back its pickleball courts, plus new bocce ball courts. All week long (schedule below), gather for some pickle and cap it off with bites + drinks from Dailies & Sides. Open play is free for all! As you’ll see, the new Pullman Pass grants year-round access to seasonal activities, including members-only pickleball play. Individual passes are $100 annually; group passes (up to 5) are $450. For non-member access to courts during pass-only time slots, spend a minimum of $20 at Dailies & Sides to play.
Explore the science of color with this vivid exhibit, The Nature of Color. Learn how color conveys information and helps us make sense of the world in both human and natural environments. Use hands-on interactives to analyze how colors make us feel, how they are perceived across cultures, as well as how plants and animals use color to help them survive and reproduce.

The Decatur Arts Festival will take place May 5-May 7. 2023. Festivities kick-off Friday night, May 5 with ArtWalk. Enjoy music on the square while you stroll between local businesses hosting free art receptions with light refreshments. On Saturday and Sunday, May 6-7, head to the Artists Market showcasing the work of 140 artists from all over the Southeast. Vibe at the music stage on the plaza or laugh along with the comedy and theatre performances. Don’t miss the stunning dance presentations and incredible chalk art, too! Join us for Midtown Race for MAC 5K in Piedmont Park on May 13, 2023! A family and dog-friendly event where strollers and leashed dogs join runners and walkers through Piedmont Park, the race benefits the Midtown Assistance Center and its work to help prevent hunger and homelessness.
